'Mean Girls' actress Lindsay Lohan is snapped arriving outside a Los Angeles court to attend her pre-trial hearing for her reckless driving case. She is with her mother Dina Lohan and her lawyer Mark Heller and they are being escorted into the building by officers.
One paparazzo struggles to snap the star and shouts at an officer to 'Get back!'; the officer politely tells the photographers to back up to make way for Lindsay and her associates. She is then seen getting into an elevator where she promptly turns her back on the photographers taking pictures of her through the window. Lindsay's arrival in LA was a last minute decision on her part having previously filed a sick note in court saying that she was too ill to fly from New York to attend the hearing. She was, however, spotted out and about by paparazzi that same day seeming perfectly well, forcing her to take the flight over the possibility that the judge would issue a warrant for her arrest if she did not show.
