The Rush Hour star posed for photographs with Prince William and his wife Catherine, as well as President Xi Jinping, at the cultural exchange organised as part of the Chinese leader's state visit to the U.K.

As well as meeting the Hong Kong-born action star, the dignitaries were also introduced to actors from U.K. TV series Poldark, watched a demonstration of Chinese singing and dancing, looked over a Doctor Who exhibit, and were treated to an extract from the West End play Matilda.

The theme of the event at London mansion Lancaster House was U.K. and Chinese creative collaborations and comes as the countries' governments announced a number of deals aimed at strengthening artistic and industrial ties.
