Tyler Posey Apologises For Fake "Coming Out" On Snapchat

Actor Tyler Posey has apologised for any offence he may have cause after posting a Snapchat video in which he appeared to come out as gay. The ‘Teen Wolf’ actor told fans he didn't mean to offend anyone by the post and although he is not gay himself, he fully supports the LGBTQ community.

It all started on Friday when Posey posted a Snapchat video of himself with a group of friends walking past a street sign that read "Gay St”. In the video Posey is heard saying: “This is me. I am this and this is me. I've never felt more alive.” He then filmed himself shouting, ”I'm gay!” The video caused some fans on Twitter to believe that the actor had come out as gay, but a source later told E! And everyone, I am truly sorry to the people I've offended or lessened how big coming out is. I just want to spread love in this world.” Posey is best known for playing Scott McCall in MTV series 'Teen Wolf'. He previously dated popstar Miley Cyrus and was engaged to longtime girlfriend Seana Gorlick before they split in 2014.
