Basement Jaxx are well revered and continue to push progressive dance music forward. Having played at Glastonbury to the Hollywood Bowl and having had much success with their 'Singles' album going double-platinum it hard for this crew to do much wrong. 'Do Your Thing' is just as infectious and easy to enjoy as their previous stuff. The Sieji remix is more underground and will appeal to the more hardened techno head or long term clubber, as the radio edit is a fun frolic of uplifting swing style music that has large commercial appeal without selling out. These guys have got that to a tee really.
