Claire Danes is refusing to let her pregnancy affect her work on Homeland and is still planning to travel to Israel to shoot the hit TV show.
The actress is expecting her first child with her British husband Hugh Dancy and she is keeping busy filming scenes for the drama's second season.
However, Danes is adamant her pregnancy hasn't caused any problems at work and will not be written into the script.
She tells reporters at a Television Critics Association (Tca) panel, "We're about midway (through season two), we're shooting episode six; this hasn't run into any interference. (I was a) little concerned (about the physicality of the role but) it's proven to be a non-issue. All is well and (Danes' Cia agent character) Carrie remains fervently non-pregnant."
The mum-to-be also reveals she is pressing forward with plans to go abroad if producers plot a possible trip to Israel.
She adds, "I think people think of Israel as being incredibly dangerous and volatile - that was not my experience. He (the baby) will have to come with me - he, she, whoever he is."
