Blue Ivy Carter, subject of one of the most high profile births in recent history, is quickly being surrounded by famous people just in case she should slip back into relative anonymity. The tot, who was born earlier this month to parents Jay Z and Beyonce, can now boast chat show icon and network owner Oprah Winfrey as her godmother according to reports on MediaTakeOut.com.
Winfrey is reportedly a close friend of the new parents and speculation suggests they want godparents who aren't already blood relations to either of them - it's believed that Jigga's best friend Tyran "TY TY" Smith is to be the godfather. It's been quite a month for the young Carter, no sooner had she been welcomed into the world with an avalanche of tweets and well wishes on Twitter from fans and celebrity fans alike then she popped up on Hova's track 'Glory'. Her gurgling sounds on the US Billboard number 74 charting hit made her the youngest ever to be credited as appearing on a US Billboard Top 100 track.
Where she goes from here is anyone's guess, though she's already well ahead of her famous parents who at this point in their lives were presumably not even close to getting to grips with even rudimentary tasks such as learning when to go to the toilet.
