Michael Jackson fans have been given the green light to visit the cemetery where the King of Pop was laid to rest in September (09) on the first anniversary of his death - but they won't be allowed anywhere near his tomb.
Bosses at the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, California and police have listed what devotees are allowed to do as they pay their respects to Jackson on Friday (25Jun10).
They can leave flowers close to the singer's burial site, but no one will be able to release balloons or doves and candles have been banned, as have video cameras, posters, computers, incense and radios.
There will be an outdoor terrace overlooking Jackson's mausoleum, where fans will be invited to leave gifts and flowers.
Forest Lawn bosses are expecting "significant" numbers of visitors throughout the day on Friday.
Fans making too much noise or behaving disrespectfully will be asked to leave the cemetery.
Mariah Carey, Diana Ross, Quincy Jones, Stevie Wonder and Jackson's one-time girlfriend Brooke Shields are reportedly planning to attend the memorial at Forest Lawn.
