Sneaky superstar Miley Cyrus screens potential boyfriends by snooping through their cellphone text messages.
The 16-year-old singer/actress, who is currently dating model Justin Gaston following her 2008 split from Nick Jonas, claims she has a full-proof method to ensure suitors will treat her well - by checking to see if they are nice to their mothers.
During an appearance on Tyra Banks' talk show, due to air in the U.S. on Friday (10Apr09), Cyrus explains, "I go through their text (messages). I see if they're nice to their mum, because if they're mean to their mum theyre going to be mean to me."
