Pop star JESSICA SIMPSON is saving up her for her first boob job because she's convinced she'll need cosmetic help after she has kids. The busty blonde insists she's more than happy with her "perky" breasts but accepts they won't always be perfect. She says, "If I have kids, and they're hanging to my waist, that's when I might start to think about having something done to them. Right now, they're perky and cute."
