ROD STEWART - ROD: 'I WILL DIVORCE RACHEL'

Rocker ROD STEWART will eventually divorce estranged wife RACHEL HUNTER, but the couple's split has convinced him never to marry again.

The pair - who separated four years ago (99) - were in the process of making the split official earlier this month when former model Rachel, 34, pulled the plug on divorce proceedings.

Nonetheless Rod, who is now dating photographer-turned-model PENNY LANCASTER, is sure the divorce will go through - some day.

He says, "I'm sure we are going to get divorced eventually."

But the lengthy and inevitably expensive procedure has had one effect on the 54-year-old crooner - it's put him off marriage for life; "It always works out so expensive for the guy. I don't think I'll be getting married again."
