Celebrity magician David Blaine is being sued by an illusionist who claims the controversial entertainer stole his "Godly powers".

CHRISTOPHER ROLLER filed a $50 million (GBP26 million) lawsuit against magic man David Copperfield in March (05) claiming Copperfield used his unearthly abilities without his permission.

And now Roller has filed a $2 million (GBP1.05 million) lawsuit in Minnesota accusing Blaine of using witchcraft to take his powers away

The suit directs readers to Roller's website, where he makes a succession of outrageous statements, which include his belief MICROSOFT tycoon Bill Gates will be running against him in 2008's US election and the claim Tom Hanks is to star in a biopic of his life.
